* Jack Lalanne, 96, pioneer of fitness passed away on Sunday from complications stemming from pneumonia. He opened his first fitness center in 1936 way before the 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, Bally's Fitness and other. He promoted healthy diets, exercising to alleviate stress and depression. He was all for including women in fitness too and always practiced what he preached.

* Sad to say you can add Troy Aikman to the list celebrity divorces. After 10 years of marriage Troy and wife Rhonda actually separated months ago and have now filed divorce papers. Troy has two daughters with Rhonda who also has a daughter from a previous marriage.

A big to do by local news was made that the national broadcaster keep saying the teams are on their way to Dallas for the big game. Get over it we are the Metroplex and seemed to remember the "Dallas Cowboys" played in Irving, Texas for many years. They are still the Dallas Cowboy's not the Arlington Cowboy's. Brother called this weekend with tickets to a Bowl Party so I will be heading down to House of Blues for the party tonight.
